Floralis - Promotion Terms and Conditions Summer Sale

Floralis FLORALIS  / Floralis G.Y. Bar Dayan Ltd. (hereinafter: "Floralis" and/or "the Company") hereby announces a promotion for all customers in accordance with the promotion terms and conditions detailed below:

  1. Introduction
  • In any case of contradiction and/or discrepancy between the provisions of these terms and conditions and any other publications in any medium regarding the promotion, the provisions of these terms and conditions shall prevail.
  • In these terms and conditions, the masculine form is used for convenience only and also includes addressing in the feminine and/or plural.
  • The division into sections and section headings is for convenience only and shall not be used for interpretation purposes.
  • Undefined terms, concepts, or expressions in these terms and conditions shall be interpreted according to common practice in the furniture industry.
  1. Promotion Period
  • The promotion period is from 26/6/11 until 26/7/15, and according to what is detailed in these terms and conditions ("Promotion Period").
  • Floralis reserves the right to change and/or extend and/or shorten the promotion period and/or cancel it for any reason it deems reasonable in this regard, at any time, by means of a notice published in the Company's stores and/or on the Company's website and/or by any other means, and no claim and/or argument and/or demand against Floralis and/or anyone on its behalf shall be heard and/or accepted in connection therewith.
  1. Promotion Format
  • Up to 50% discount in showrooms and on the website at: www.floralis.co.il (excluding shipping fees) during the promotion period only.
  • The promotion applies only to items in the Company's stock and does not include items on order or excluded items.
  • The promotion does not include outlet   items in showrooms and Last chance  items on the website.
  • The promotion does not include stacking of discounts for items whose selling price is already discounted.
  • The promotion includes redeeming club member points, in showrooms only.
  • The promotion does not include accumulating points for club members.  
  • The discount rate varies between items according to the marking in showrooms and on the website.
  • Israeli art items are not included in the promotion.
  1. Promotion Conditions
  • Pluralis reserves the right to change the terms of the promotion at any time, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, provided that this does not prejudice or derogate from any rights or obligations created prior to the change.
  • The promotion is valid until stock lasts or until the end of the promotion period, whichever comes first.
  1. Miscellaneous
  • Nothing in these regulations shall derogate from the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law.
  • These regulations consolidate all rights and obligations regarding the promotion. In any case of contradiction and/or discrepancy between the regulations and any representation and/or promise and/or commitment made, if made, whether in writing or orally by Pluralis or anyone on its behalf in connection with the promotion, including any other publication, in writing or orally, in any medium, the provisions of these regulations alone shall prevail.
  • For the avoidance of doubt, it is clarified that Pluralis or anyone on its behalf shall in no case be bound by oral or written statements, explanations, representations, and interpretations of Pluralis employees and/or any other party on its behalf, nor by those included in the press, marketing brochures and/or any other advertising or illustrative materials, but only by what is expressly stated in these regulations.
  • Pluralis reserves the right to cancel and/or change the entire promotion or parts thereof, at its sole discretion, at any time, and without prior notice.
