The Floralis website (www.floralis.co.il) is a virtual store for purchasing products online. The owner of the website is "Floralis Ltd.", Company No. 511153595, whose registered office is at 1 Rozanski St., Rishon LeZion (hereinafter: "the Website" and/or "Floralis" and/or "the Company").
The headquarters and logistics center are located in Yitzhaki Industrial Park, Gezer.
The website is a home design and lifestyle website where products sold by the Company can be purchased, such as various types of furniture, accessories, lighting, plants, etc., as well as home design products, gifts, and/or any other item appearing on the website.
The purchase of the various models and items (hereinafter: "the Items") is made through the Website and according to the terms of these regulations.
The provisions of these regulations refer equally to both genders, and the use of the masculine form is for convenience only.
These regulations constitute a binding contract between the user and the Company for all intents and purposes. It is clarified that browsing the Website and/or performing actions on the Website constitute the user's agreement to accept and act according to the provisions of the regulations. If you do not agree to any of the terms of these regulations, you are requested not to use the Website. It should be emphasized that anyone who performs an action on the Website declares that they are aware of and accept the provisions of the Website's regulations, and that they and/or anyone on their behalf shall have no claim and/or demand and/or lawsuit against the owners of the Website and/or its operators and/or anyone on their behalf, except for claims related to a breach of the obligations of the Website owners and/or its operators according to these regulations and participation rules.
For the purpose of these regulations, "user" - any person, body or group, including a company, may use the Website, including performing actions through the Website, all subject to fulfilling the cumulative conditions detailed in these regulations.
The Company reserves the right to change or update the terms of use of the Website as it deems fit.
The Company cannot guarantee identical prices between the Website and stores and vice versa.
The Company may change the terms of promotions published at any time and at its discretion.
The purchase of items will be available to a user who is an Israeli citizen and/or resident and/or a person with a legal residency permit and a valid credit card, and who is over 18 years of age. If the user is a minor (under 18) or is entitled to perform legal actions without parental approval, you are required to inform your parents and/or your legal guardians ("the Parents") of the provisions of these regulations and to obtain their approval for performing any activity, of any kind, on the Website. The parents are responsible for informing minors wishing to browse the Website about the regulations and for supervising the minors' activities to ensure that they act according to the terms of these regulations. Purchases on the Website are possible 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
A user wishing to purchase items on the Website will mark the chosen item, size, color, quantity, and also the shipping method, whether by registered mail, courier, or self-pickup (hereinafter: "Shipping and Returns").
Payment can be made on the Website using a credit card or PayPal.
To pay by credit card on the Website: select payment and enter credit card details and personal information such as: name, ID number, accurate address, email address, phone number, and any other details required to complete the transaction.
Credit card charges are processed directly through the secure clearing services of PayPlus, which has an advanced and secure credit card clearing system.
Upon completion of the charge, the user will receive an email notification regarding the details of the order placed, and a final confirmation (hereinafter: "the Final Confirmation") regarding the execution of the transaction will only be approved after credit card details have been checked by the credit card companies (hereinafter: "Transaction").
The prices of the items appearing on the Website include VAT as required by law.
The registration on the website will constitute conclusive evidence of the correctness of the operations, whereas the sending of messages by the website via email will not constitute conclusive evidence of the correctness of the operations for any matter and will not obligate the website.
The user undertakes to enter only their personal details and not to enter any third-party details, and to enter true and correct information about themselves, including their name, residential address, email address, phone number, mobile phone number, and any other detail required to complete the purchase.
The Website management, at its sole discretion, shall be entitled to stop the purchase process immediately and without prior notice, and shall also be entitled to refuse to supply the items chosen by a user if false or incorrect information was entered, or for any other reason the Website management deems appropriate.
The website management may cancel a transaction or an order in any case of a clerical error and/or mistake regarding the item's price and/or description and/or delivery time or any other error of any kind (hereinafter: "Error"). Immediately upon discovering the Error, the website management will take action to correct the Error immediately and will also notify users who purchased the items about the Error. The purchase of the items will only be possible by users according to the correct information re-entered on the website, and users will have no claim and/or complaint and/or demand and/or lawsuit against the website management due to the cancellation of the transaction and due to the non-delivery of the items.
If the order was not approved by the credit card companies, the user will receive an email notification. In this case, the user may contact customer service by phone to arrange the order details within 7 days, otherwise the order will be canceled.
Delivery times for items will be calculated from the day a final approval is received from the credit card companies.
Items purchased on the Website will be supplied subject to the credit card details filled in by the user being correct and the transaction being approved by the credit card company.
Items will be delivered in Israel and/or other countries, according to the address entered by the user. For international deliveries, please contact the Website management for prices and shipping terms.
The items will be delivered to the customer by a Floralis courier and by prior arrangement with the customer.
Shipping fees will be charged for the delivery of the items, which will be added to the total price of the order, as detailed on the website and/or by clarifying the shipping price and type of shipping in the case of ordering item(s) abroad. Floralis reserves the right to limit and/or change its policy regarding international order shipments, including, but not limited to, limiting the countries to which orders are shipped.
In any case where delivery cannot be made, such as: an area with restricted access due to security reasons, an incorrect address, etc., the website management will contact the user to coordinate redelivery or self-pickup, subject to the company's pickup points.
Delivery times for items will be within 14 business days only (Sunday-Thursday, not including Fridays, Saturdays, holidays, and holiday eves).
The website management will not be responsible in any case of delay or delay in delivery originating from postal and shipping companies and/or in case of force majeure, strike or lockout.
The website management reserves the right to require the user to be present at the time of delivery or to present an ID and/or credit card.
The website management reserves the right to cancel the delivery of items for which a clerical error or writing error has occurred regarding their price, description, shipping fees, and delivery times.
Any complaint and/or problem handling will be done through contact on the Floralis website and not through Floralis chain stores. A customer who contacts Floralis chain stores is aware that their inquiry will not be answered and/or handled.
Cancellation of a transaction will be carried out in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981 (hereinafter: "the Law"). Alternatively, the product may be exchanged for an equivalent alternative product or a monetary credit, all as detailed below: Cancellation of the transaction within one hour from the completion of the item order on the website and before the item is shipped - will be done by a telephone cancellation notice to customer service on the website. In such circumstances, the user will be entitled to a full refund (including shipping fees, if collected). Cancellation of the transaction after the item has been received by the user, not due to a defect in the product and/or non-conformity - the user will be entitled to cancel the purchase transaction within 14 days from the date of receiving the item, provided that the product is intact and has not been used.
If the item was received by the user in damaged condition, or if the actual item specification differs from the specification presented on the website, the user may cancel the transaction within 14 days from the date of receiving the item by returning the product. In any case, returning the product, exchanging it for another product, or receiving a monetary credit will be subject to the following conditions:
Upon return of the product to one of the Floralis stores with an invoice, and provided that the item has not been used and its labels have not been removed. A monetary refund in case of transaction cancellation will be made by crediting the credit card with which the transaction was made within 14 days of receiving the cancellation request and the returned item. Exchanging the item for another product or returning it for a monetary credit will be done in stores only, according to the general exchange policy practiced by the Floralis chain, as updated from time to time, within 14 days from the date the product was received by the user, and provided that the product has not been used.
In any case where an item is out of stock, the website management may cancel the transaction or offer an alternative item, but without derogating from the above, the website management will not be responsible for any direct or indirect damage caused to the user, including, but not limited to, a case where the user will be forced to purchase the item at a higher price elsewhere.
The website management reserves the right to cancel the transaction at any time and as it deems fit, including a case where the user acted illegally and/or violated the terms of use of the website and/or provided false personal details and/or performed an action or deed that could harm the integrity, image or proper operation of the website and/or a case where a clerical error, writing error or any other error occurred in the product description details, its price, costs and shipping fees, etc.
If the user wishes to receive an alternative item instead of the ordered item due to not liking it, the exchange will be made in one of the Floralis stores only, upon presentation of the purchase invoice and within the time specified in these regulations.
If the user does not wish to receive an alternative item, they may cancel the transaction and receive a credit and act
according to the number of days and the instructions set forth for transaction cancellation.

The website management attaches great importance to information security, and the website was built with significant consideration for rules regarding information security and privacy on the internet, and specifically on an e-commerce website.
In order to maintain privacy and information security, credit card processing on the website is carried out by the payment system of Plakard, a company that operates in accordance with the strict security standards of credit card companies (PCI DSS).
The Company takes the usual precautions to maintain the security and confidentiality of information.
