Promotion Period:

The promotion will last for approximately 30 days, according to dates published by the company (“Promotion Period”).

Floralis G.Y. Bar Dayan Ltd. reserves the right to extend and/or shorten and/or terminate the promotion at any time.

Introduction

In case of any contradiction between the provisions of these terms and conditions and other publications, the provisions of these terms and conditions shall prevail.

The use of the masculine form in these terms and conditions is for convenience only and refers to all genders.

Section headings are for convenience only.

Nature of the Promotion

During the promotion period, a special sale will be held for:

  • Display items
  • Last items in stock
  • Import overstock
  • Items with minor cosmetic flaws
  • Products from previous collections

At discounts of up to 80% off the original list price, all subject to actual existing stock.

The promotion applies only to products located in the pop-up store and does not apply to special order products.

Product Condition (AS-IS)

  1. All products in the promotion are sold in their current "as-is" condition (As-Is).
  2. There may be cosmetic flaws, signs of use, scratches, color variations, or wear due to being display items.
  3. It is the customer's responsibility to inspect the product before purchase.
  4. Purchase of the product constitutes confirmation that:
    • The customer inspected the product
    • Found it suitable for their needs
    • And is aware of its physical condition

Returns / Cancellations / Exchanges

  1. It is not possible to cancel the purchase of products bought as part of this promotion.
  2. Returns and/or exchanges of products will not be permitted.
  3. No monetary or other credit will be given after the completion of the transaction.
  4. The above is subject only to the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law.

Shipping and Pickup

  1. Transportation and assembly are not included in the product price unless otherwise specified.
  2. Self-pickup will be possible for small items only, as defined by the store staff and at the sole discretion of the company.
  3. Self-pickup of furniture and/or large items requiring professional transport will not be possible.
  4. Certain items may require professional transport for safety reasons and to preserve the integrity of the product, at the discretion of the company.
  5. Responsibility for the transfer of the product via self-pickup will rest solely with the customer from the moment it is handed over.

Customer Club

  • Club points cannot be redeemed as part of this promotion.
  • Points will not be accumulated for purchases made under the promotion.
  • No double promotions and benefits apply.

Miscellaneous

  • The sale is valid while stocks last or until the end of the promotion period – whichever comes first.
  • The images and illustrations in publications are for illustrative purposes only.
  • The company reserves the right to change the terms of the promotion at any time.
