Returns and Transaction Cancellations:
Transactions can be canceled in accordance with the transaction cancellation regulations in the Consumer Protection Law 5771-2010.
Exchanges or returns of products must be made within 14 days from the date of receipt of the products, provided that the products have not been damaged and have not been used, and with the purchase invoice attached.
The refund will be made at the time of transaction cancellation, if possible, or as soon as possible thereafter, and no later than seven business days, and will be made in the same manner as the payment was originally made.
A monetary refund will be given up to 14 days from the date of purchase, with the original invoice, minus 5% of the transaction or NIS 100, whichever is lower.
The return method will be by returning the product to a branch or alternatively with a courier at a cost of NIS 39/350 depending on the shipping cost.
Products that have been assembled/installed, as well as those not in their original packaging, cannot be returned/exchanged.
Floralis website management may cancel a transaction in part or in full in the following cases:
- If there was an error in the price and/or product description.
- If a communication malfunction occurred that prevented site users from proper use of the site.
- If the product is out of stock.
- In case of force majeure, an act of war, hostility, terror or anything else that prevents the proper continuation of the sale.
