Shipping
At Floralis, we offer you two convenient options for receiving your products:
- Home delivery nationwide – for a fee
- Self-pickup from one of our showrooms – free of charge.

Home Delivery Option – nationwide, up to 14 business days
*In remote areas, there may be a delay in delivery times beyond 14 business days (details below)
The Floralis chain offers a wide range of items for home furnishing and design, some of which require professional transport and assembly at the customer's home. Therefore, these items can only be received via home delivery.
- For products that do not require professional assembly – delivery will be made without prior coordination; an SMS message will be sent one day before the delivery date with the details of the driver who will arrive. If you wish to change the delivery date, you can do so by contacting customer service.
- For products requiring special transport or professional assembly, delivery will be made with prior telephone coordination, according to your convenience.
Shipping Costs:
- Shipping fee of 39 ILS for purchases up to 1,000 ILS
- Shipping fee of 199 ILS for purchases above 1,001 ILS up to 3,000 ILS
- Shipping fee of 349 ILS for purchases above 3,001 ILS.
Self-Pickup Option from Showrooms – up to 14 business days
Most products can be collected from the showrooms, except for large furniture items such as sofas, armchairs, dining tables, chests of drawers, and large stone/marble furniture items that require transport and assembly.
Collection from the showroom will take place after receiving an update on the item(s) arrival, Sunday-Thursday, between 10:00 and 17:00.
Item Receipt Date
Up to 14 business days for in-stock items, excluding settlements in areas defined as restricted by the Home Front Command.
*Delivery to Eilat is a special delivery; the delivery date will be finalized with the carrier.
For items marked "Out of Stock" on the website, you can click the "Notify me when in stock" button. Your order will only be possible once they are back in stock, and delivery will take up to 14 business days from the moment the order is placed.
*Additional Payment for Exceptional Transport
Should special means of transport such as a crane be required, the ordering and payment for the crane are the responsibility of the customer. For delivery of a large product that will be supplied via stairs - above the 2nd floor, a fee of 60 ILS per floor will apply.
Deliveries to settlements in remote areas will incur an additional charge, which will be coordinated in advance as part of a telephone transaction, including:
In the East – Judea and Samaria, the Dead Sea, and the Jordan Valley
In the South – settlements south of Be'er Sheva up to Eilat
In the North – settlements located north of Haifa
For delivery of furniture requiring assembly (such as sofas, armchairs, etc.) to remote settlements –
including areas such as Eilat, Arava settlements, Jordan Valley, and the Golan Heights – an additional cost will apply.
The additional charge will be levied in addition to the regular transport cost and will be determined according to the final destination and the complexity of the transport.
