Introduction
The Internet is currently the largest repository for freedom of information for all users, and especially for users with disabilities. As such, we place great importance on providing equal opportunities for people with disabilities to use the information presented on the website and to enable a better browsing experience.
We strive to ensure that digital services are accessible to people with disabilities, believing that every person deserves the right to live in equality, dignity, comfort, and independence.

How Accessibility Works on the Website:
The website features an accessibility menu from Nagich Website Accessibility. Accessible with a click. Clicking on the menu allows opening the accessibility buttons. After selecting a topic from the menu, please wait for the page to load.
The software works on popular browsers: Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Opera, subject to manufacturer's terms.

Floralis works to make its branches accessible to customers with disabilities, including through: accessible passages: adapting access routes to the branch and adapting passages within the branch, to allow comfortable passage for wheelchairs or other mobility aids; training accessible sales counters and service stations for receiving advice, service, and sales; comfortable lighting in the branches.
Aspects in which our service representatives will be happy to assist you:
- Accompanying and guiding to the service station;
- Moving furniture at the entrance to the service stations;
- Reading documents - in cases where the customer cannot read the documents provided by the company;
- Approval for entry with service animals - at the request of a customer with a disability and upon presentation of appropriate documentation;
- Assistance from an escort;
- Exemption from queuing - upon presentation of appropriate documentation;
- Writing on paper for customers with hearing impairments.
