Floralis FLORALIS / Floralis G.Y. Bar Dayan Ltd. hereby announces the launch of a promotion for all customers in accordance with the promotion terms and conditions detailed below:

  1. Introduction
  • In any case of contradiction and/or discrepancy between the provisions of these terms and conditions and any other publications in any medium regarding the promotion, the provisions of these terms and conditions shall prevail.
  • In these terms and conditions, the masculine form is used for convenience only and also includes addressing in the feminine and/or plural.
  • The division into sections and section headings are for convenience only and shall not be used for interpretive purposes.
  • Terms, concepts, or expressions in these terms and conditions that are not defined shall be interpreted according to what is customary and accepted in the furniture industry.
  • This promotion is valid from 8.11.24 until 30.11.24 (inclusive), and as detailed in these terms and conditions ("Promotion Period").
  • The Floralis chain reserves the right to change and/or extend and/or shorten the promotion period and/or cancel it for any reason it deems reasonable in this regard, at any time, by means of an announcement published in the company's stores and/or on the company's website and/or by any other means, and no claim and/or contention and/or demand against the Floralis chain and/or anyone on its behalf in connection therewith shall be heard and/or accepted.
  1. Promotion Format
  • Sales promotion in physical stores applies to the purchase of sofas, armchairs, and dining tables, and receiving a complementary product as a gift according to the product list, and a sales promotion on the website with a 20% discount.
  • The promotion applies only to items in the company's inventory and does not include items on order.
  • The promotion does not include outlet items in physical stores.
  • The promotion does not apply to items defined as 1+1 purchases and excluded items.
  • The promotion does not include combining promotions for items whose selling price is already on promotion on the website and in physical stores.
  • The promotion includes redeeming points for club members, in stores only.
  • The promotion does not include accumulating points for club members.
  • During the promotion period, a special promotion will take place in Floralis chain stores where customers can purchase a sofa and receive a living room table or a rug as a gift, purchase an armchair and receive a side table/stool as a gift, and purchase a dining table and receive a second chair as a gift, according to the detailed product list. Also, during the promotion period, a special promotion will take place on the e-commerce website (internet site) Floralis Israel at www.floralis.co.il, where a 20% discount will be offered on the shopping cart (excluding shipping fees).

 

 

  • The promotion will take place exclusively in Floralis chain's physical stores and the e-commerce website (internet site) Floralis Israel.

 

  1. Promotion Terms
  • Floralis chain reserves the right to change the terms of the promotion and/or discontinue it and/or shorten the promotion period and/or extend the promotion period, at any time, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, and this without prejudice to or derogation from rights or obligations created prior to the change.
  • The promotion is valid while supplies last or until the end of the promotion period, whichever comes first.
  • The promotion applies to the full price of products, except for products whose selling price is defined as discounted and except for products defined under a 1+1 benefit.
  • No points are accumulated for the purchase of items in the 1+1 promotion.
  1. Miscellaneous
  • Nothing in these terms and conditions shall derogate from the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law.
  • These terms and conditions consolidate all rights and obligations regarding the promotion. In any case of contradiction and/or discrepancy between these terms and conditions and any representation and/or promise and/or undertaking made, if made, whether in writing or orally by the Floralis chain or anyone on its behalf in connection with the promotion, including any other publication, in writing or orally, in any medium, the provisions of these terms and conditions alone shall prevail.
  • For the avoidance of doubt, it is clarified that the Floralis chain or anyone on its behalf shall not be liable in any case for statements, explanations, representations, and interpretations made orally or in writing by employees of the Floralis chain and/or anyone else on its behalf, nor by those included in the press, marketing brochures, and/or any other advertising or illustration means, but only according to what is explicitly stated in these terms and conditions.
  • The Floralis chain reserves the right to cancel and/or change the entire promotion or parts thereof, at its sole discretion, at any time, and without the need for prior notice.
