Floralis FLORALIS  / Floralis G.Y. Bar Dayan Ltd. hereby announces a promotion for all customers in accordance with the promotion regulations detailed below:

  1. Introduction
  • In any case of contradiction and/or discrepancy between the provisions of these regulations and any other publications in any medium regarding the promotion, the provisions of these regulations shall prevail.
  • In these regulations, the use of the masculine gender is for convenience only and also includes addressing in the feminine gender and/or plural.
  • The division into clauses and clause headings is for convenience only and shall not be used for interpretation purposes.
  • Undefined terms, concepts, or expressions in these regulations shall be interpreted according to what is customary and accepted in the furniture industry.
  1. Promotion Period
  • The promotion period is from 25/11/20 until 25/12/14, and according to the details in these regulations ("Promotion Period").
  • Floralis Network reserves the right to change and/or extend and/or shorten the promotion period and/or cancel it for any reason it deems reasonable in this regard, at any time, by means of a notice published in the company's stores and/or on the company's website and/or in any other way, and no claim and/or argument and/or demand against Floralis Network and/or anyone on its behalf will be heard and/or accepted in connection therewith.
  1. Promotion Format
  • Temporary promotion – up to 50% discount in showrooms and on the website (excluding shipping fees). The promotion applies only to items available in the company's inventory and does not include items on order or excluded items.
  • The promotion includes the outlet  items on the website
  • The promotion does not apply to items defined as 1+1 purchase and excluded items.
  • The promotion does not include stacking discounts for items whose selling price is already discounted.
  • The promotion does not include products from the Israeli Art Gallery: FLORALIS X DUART
  • The promotion includes point redemption for club members, in stores only.
  • The promotion does not include point accumulation for club members.  
  • During the promotion period, a special promotion will be held in Floralis Network's physical stores and on Floralis Israel's e-commerce website (internet site) at www.floralis.co.il where club members will be able to purchase in Floralis Network's physical stores and on Floralis Israel's e-commerce website (internet site), up to 50% discount (excluding shipping fees)
  • The promotion will take place only in Floralis Network's physical stores and on Floralis Israel's e-commerce website (internet site).

  

  1. Promotion Terms
  • Floralis Network reserves the right to change the terms of the promotion and/or discontinue it and/or shorten the promotion period and/or extend the promotion period, at any time, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, and this without prejudice to any rights or obligations created prior to the change.
  • The promotion is valid until stock lasts or until the end of the promotion period, whichever comes first.
  • The promotion applies to the full price of products, excluding discounted products and products defined as 1+1 offers or excluded products.
  • No points are accumulated for purchasing items included in a 1+1 promotion.
    1. Miscellaneous
    • Nothing in these regulations shall derogate from the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law.
    • These regulations consolidate all rights and obligations regarding the promotion. In case of any contradiction and/or inconsistency between the regulations and any representation and/or promise and/or commitment made, if made, whether in writing or orally, by Pluralis network or anyone on its behalf regarding the promotion, including any other publication, in writing or orally, in any medium, only the provisions of these regulations shall prevail.
    • To remove any doubt, it is clarified that Pluralis network or anyone on its behalf shall not be liable in any case by verbal or written statements, explanations, representations, and interpretations of Pluralis network employees and/or anyone else on its behalf, nor by those included in the press, marketing brochures and/or any other advertising or illustrative means, but only according to what is explicitly stated in these regulations.
    • The Pluralis network reserves the right to cancel and/or change the entire promotion or part(s) thereof, at its sole discretion, at any time, and without prior notice.
