Floralis FLORALIS / Floralis G.Y.Bar Dayan Ltd. hereby announces a promotion for all customers in accordance with the promotion regulations detailed below:

  1. Introduction
  • In any case of contradiction and/or discrepancy between the provisions of these regulations and any other publications in any media regarding the promotion, the provisions of these regulations shall prevail.
  • In these regulations, the masculine form is used for convenience only and also includes addressing in the feminine form and/or plural.
  • The division into sections and section headings is for convenience only and shall not be used for interpretation purposes.
  • Terms, concepts, or expressions in these regulations that have not been defined shall be interpreted according to what is customary and accepted in the furniture industry.
  1. Promotion Period
  • The promotion period is from November 19, 2024, until December 1, 2024, as detailed in these regulations ("Promotion Period").
  • The Floralis chain reserves the right to change and/or extend and/or shorten the promotion period and/or cancel it for any reason it deems reasonable in this regard, at any time, by means of a notice published in the company's stores and/or on the company's website and/or by any other means, and no claim and/or contention and/or demand against the Floralis chain and/or anyone on its behalf in connection with this shall be heard and/or accepted.
  1. Promotion Format
  • Temporary promotion - 25% discount in stores and on the website on the total shopping cart. (Excluding shipping fees) The promotion applies only to items in the company's inventory and does not include items on order.
  • The promotion does not include outlet items in physical stores.
  • The promotion does not apply to items defined as 1+1 purchases and excluded items.
  • The promotion does not include combining discounts for items whose sale price is already discounted.
  • The promotion includes redeeming points for club members, in stores only.
  • The promotion does not include accumulating points for club members.
  • During the promotion period, a special promotion will take place in Floralis physical stores and on the Floralis Israel e-commerce site (website) at www.floralis.co.il, where club members can purchase in Floralis physical stores and on the Floralis Israel e-commerce site (website), with a 25% discount on the shopping cart (excluding shipping fees).
  • The promotion will take place exclusively in Floralis physical stores and on the Floralis Israel e-commerce site (website).

 

 

  1. Promotion Conditions
  • Floralis reserves the right to change the promotion conditions and/or discontinue it and/or shorten the promotion period and/or extend the promotion period, at any time, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, without prejudice to or derogation from rights or obligations created prior to the change.
  • The promotion is valid while supplies last or until the end of the promotion period, whichever comes first.
  • The promotion is from the full price of the products, except for products whose sale price is defined as discounted and except for products defined as 1+1 benefit.
  • No points are accumulated for purchasing items in the 1+1 promotion.
  1. Miscellaneous
  • Nothing in these regulations shall derogate from the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law.
  • These regulations constitute the entirety of the rights and obligations regarding the promotion. In any case of contradiction and/or discrepancy between the regulations and any representation and/or promise and/or commitment made, if made, whether in writing or orally by the Floralis chain or anyone on its behalf in connection with the promotion, including any other publication, in writing or orally, in any medium, only the provisions of these regulations shall prevail.
  • For the avoidance of doubt, it is clarified that the Floralis chain or anyone on its behalf shall not be bound in any case by declarations, explanations, representations, and interpretations orally or in writing by Floralis employees and/or anyone else on its behalf, nor by those included in the press, marketing brochures and/or any other advertising or illustration means, but only by what is explicitly stated in these regulations.
  • The Floralis chain reserves the right to cancel and/or change the entire promotion or part(s) of it, at its sole discretion, at any time, and without prior notice.
