Floralis FLORALIS / Floralish G.I.Bar Dayan Ltd. hereby announces a campaign for all customers in accordance with the campaign regulations detailed below:

  1. Introduction
  • In any case of contradiction and/or inconsistency between the provisions of these regulations and any other publications in any medium regarding the campaign, the provisions of these regulations shall prevail.
  • In these regulations, the masculine form is used for convenience only and also includes the feminine and/or plural forms.
  • The division into clauses and clause headings is for convenience only and shall not be used for interpretation purposes.
  • Terms, concepts or expressions in these regulations that have not been defined shall be interpreted according to common practice in the furniture industry.
  1. Campaign Period
  • The campaign period is from 19.6.25 to 23.7.25, as detailed in these regulations ("Campaign Period").
  • Floralis reserves the right to change and/or extend and/or shorten the campaign period and/or cancel it for any reason it deems reasonable in this regard, at any time, by means of an announcement published in the company's stores and/or on the company's website and/or by any other means, and no claim and/or contention and/or demand against Floralis and/or anyone on its behalf in connection therewith shall be heard and/or accepted.
    1. Campaign Format
    • Temporary campaign – 25% discount in stores and on the website on the total shopping cart (excluding shipping fees). The campaign applies only to items available in the company's inventory and does not include items on order or exempted items.
    • The campaign includes outlet items on the website.
    • The campaign does not apply to items defined as 1+1 purchases and exempted items.
    • The campaign does not include stacking discounts for items whose selling price is already on sale.
    • The campaign includes redemption of points for club members, in stores only.
    • The campaign does not include accumulating points for club members.
    • During the campaign period, a special campaign will be held in Floralis' physical stores and on the Floralis Israel e-commerce website (website) at www.floralis.co.il where club members can purchase from Floralis' physical stores and the Floralis Israel e-commerce website (website) with a 25% discount on their shopping cart (excluding shipping fees)
    • The campaign will be held only in Floralis' physical stores and on the Floralis Israel e-commerce website (website).

     

     

     

    1. Campaign Terms
    • Floralis reserves the right to change the terms of the campaign and/or discontinue it and/or shorten the campaign period and/or extend the campaign period, at any time, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, without prejudice to any rights or obligations created prior to the change.
    • The campaign is valid while supplies last or until the end of the campaign period, whichever comes first.
    • The promotion applies to the full price of products, excluding discounted products and products defined as 1+1 benefits or excluded items.
    • No points will be accumulated for the purchase of 1+1 promotional items.
    1. Miscellaneous
    • Nothing in these terms and conditions shall derogate from the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law.
    • These terms and conditions consolidate all rights and obligations regarding the promotion. In any case of contradiction and/or discrepancy between these terms and conditions and any representation and/or promise and/or undertaking made, if any, whether in writing or orally by Pluralis network or anyone on its behalf regarding the promotion, including any other advertising, in writing or orally, in any medium, only the provisions of these terms and conditions shall prevail.
    • For the avoidance of doubt, it is clarified that the Pluralis network or anyone on its behalf shall not be bound in any case by oral or written statements, explanations, representations, and interpretations of Pluralis network employees and/or any other party on its behalf, nor by those included in the press, marketing brochures, and/or any other advertising or illustrative material, but only by what is explicitly stated in these terms and conditions.
    • Pluralis network reserves the right to cancel and/or change the entire promotion or part(s) of it, at its sole discretion, at any time, and without prior notice.
