Order cancellation

In accordance with the terms of product purchase and/or the Consumer Protection Law 5741-1981, you are entitled to submit a cancellation notice, in one of the following ways:

1. Send a message, via the form on this page

2. Leave a written message for Floralis' customer service center, or via WhatsApp -

during business hours 9:00-16:00  to the number: 052-5780927

 3. Arrive at one of our showrooms 

 In the cancellation notice, please provide your full name, customer ID number, order/invoice number, and phone number, to identify the transaction and the product data you wish to cancel.

Please note that in the absence of details enabling identification of the transaction and/or the product(s) from the transaction you wish to cancel, there will be a delay in cancellation until the details are clarified using the contact information held by the company.
