Floralis - Promotion Terms and Conditions

Promotion Name: 25% off sofas and armchairs for the month of June

Floralis FLORALIS / Floralish G.Y. Bar Dayan Ltd. hereby announces a promotion for all customers in accordance with the detailed terms and conditions below:

1. Introduction

• In any case of contradiction and/or discrepancy between the provisions of these terms and conditions and any other publications in any medium regarding the promotion, the provisions of these terms and conditions shall prevail.
• In these terms and conditions, the use of the masculine gender is for convenience only and includes addressing both feminine and plural forms.
• The division into sections and section headings are for convenience only and shall not be used for interpretive purposes.
• Terms, concepts, or expressions in these terms and conditions that are not defined shall be interpreted according to common practice in the furniture industry.

1. Promotion Period

• The promotion period is from June 2, 2024, until June 15, 2024 (inclusive), and as detailed in these terms and conditions ("Promotion Period").
• Floralis chain reserves the right to change and/or extend and/or shorten the promotion period and/or cancel it for any reason it deems reasonable in this regard, at any time, by means of a notice published in the company's stores and/or on the company's website and/or by any other means, and no claim and/or contention and/or demand against Floralis chain and/or anyone on its behalf shall be heard and/or accepted in connection therewith.

1. Promotion Format

• Temporary promotion - 25% discount in stores and online on sofas and armchairs. (Excluding shipping)
• The promotion includes outlet items in physical stores.
• The promotion does not include stacking discounts for items already on sale.
• The promotion includes redeeming points for club members and accumulating points in stores only.
• During the promotion period, in Floralis physical stores and the Floralis Israel e-commerce website (www.floralis.co.il), there will be a special promotion where club members can purchase sofas and armchairs at a 25% discount (excluding shipping fees).
• The promotion will take place only in Floralis physical stores and the Floralis Israel e-commerce website.

 

1. Promotion Conditions

• Floralis chain reserves the right to change the promotion terms and/or discontinue it and/or shorten the promotion period and/or extend the promotion period, at any time, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, without prejudice to or derogation from rights or obligations created prior to the change.
• The promotion is valid while supplies last or until the end of the promotion period, whichever comes first.
• The promotion does not apply to "Soho" model items, armchairs SKU 114108, 114102, 114104, 1141092.

 

 

1. Miscellaneous

• Nothing in these terms and conditions shall derogate from the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law.
• These terms and conditions constitute the entirety of the rights and obligations regarding the promotion. In any case of contradiction and/or discrepancy between these terms and conditions and any representation and/or promise and/or commitment made, if made, whether in writing or orally by Floralis chain or anyone on its behalf in connection with the promotion, including any other publication, written or oral, in any medium, only the provisions of these terms and conditions shall prevail.
• For the avoidance of doubt, it is clarified that Floralis chain or anyone on its behalf shall not be bound in any case by oral or written statements, explanations, representations, and interpretations of Floralis chain employees and/or anyone else on its behalf, nor by those included in the press, marketing brochures and/or any other advertising or illustrative means, but only by what is expressly stated in these terms and conditions.
• Floralis chain reserves the right to cancel and/or change the entire promotion or part(s) of it, at its sole discretion, at any time, and without the need for prior notice.
