Floralis FLORALIS / Floralis G.I. Bar Dayan Ltd. hereby announces a promotion for all customers in accordance with the promotion regulations detailed below:

  1. Introduction
  • In any case of contradiction and/or discrepancy between the provisions of these regulations and any other publications in any medium regarding the promotion, the provisions of these regulations shall prevail.
  • In these regulations, the masculine gender is used for convenience only and includes addressing in the feminine gender and/or plural.
  • The division into sections and section headings is for convenience only and shall not be used for interpretation purposes.
  • Terms, concepts, or expressions in these regulations that have not been defined shall be interpreted according to what is customary and accepted in the furniture industry.
  1. Promotion Period
  • The promotion period is from October 14, 2024, until October 31, 2024 (inclusive), and in accordance with what is detailed in these regulations ("Promotion Period").
  • The Floralis chain reserves the right to change and/or extend and/or shorten the promotion period and/or cancel it for any reason it deems reasonable in this regard, at any time, by means of an announcement published in the company's stores and/or on the company's website and/or by any other means, and no claim and/or contention and/or demand against the Floralis chain and/or anyone on its behalf shall be heard or accepted in connection therewith.
  1. Promotion Format
  • A sales promotion applies to the purchase of items from the furniture category for NIS 1,000, where a gift of NIS 300 will be given for the purchase of accessories, mirrors, lighting, textiles, kitchen and hospitality items, perennial plants – at the time of purchase.
  • The promotion applies only to items available in the company's stock and does not include items on order.
  • The promotion applies to any cumulative amount starting from NIS 1,000.
  • The promotion does not include outlet items in physical stores.
  • The promotion does not apply to items defined as 1+1 purchases and excluded items.
  • The promotion does not include combining promotions for items whose selling price is already on promotion.
  • The promotion includes the redemption of club member points, in stores only.
  • The promotion does not include earning points for club members.
  • During the promotion period, a special promotion will be held in Floralis chain's physical stores and its e-commerce website (Floralis Israel website) at www.floralis.co.il, where club members can purchase from the furniture category for NIS 1,000 and receive NIS 300 for accessories and complementary products, to be redeemed at the time of purchase.
  • The promotion will only be held in Floralis chain's physical stores and its e-commerce website (Floralis Israel website).

 

  1. Promotion Terms
  • Floralis chain reserves the right to change the terms of the promotion and/or terminate it and/or shorten the promotion period and/or extend the promotion period, at any time, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, without prejudice to or derogation from rights or obligations created prior to the change.
  • The promotion is valid until stock lasts or until the end of the promotion period, whichever comes first.
  • The promotion applies to the full price of the products, except for products whose selling price is defined as discounted and except for products defined with a 1+1 benefit.
  • No points are accumulated for purchasing items on 1+1 promotion.
  1. Miscellaneous
  • Nothing in these regulations shall derogate from the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law.
  • These regulations constitute the entirety of rights and obligations regarding the promotion. In any case of contradiction and/or discrepancy between the regulations and any representation and/or promise and/or commitment made, if made, whether in writing or orally by the Floralis chain or anyone on its behalf in connection with the promotion, including any other publication, written or oral, in any medium, the provisions of these regulations alone shall prevail.
  • For the avoidance of doubt, it is clarified that the Floralis chain or anyone on its behalf shall not be bound in any case by oral or written statements, explanations, representations, and interpretations of Floralis chain employees and/or any other person on its behalf, nor by those included in the press, marketing brochures and/or any other advertising or illustrative means, but solely by what is explicitly stated in these regulations.
  • The Floralis chain reserves the right to cancel and/or change the entire promotion or part/s of it, at its sole discretion, at any time, and without the need for prior notice.
