Floralis FLORALIS  / Floralis G.I.Bar Dayan Ltd. hereby announces a promotion for all customers in accordance with the promotion regulations detailed below:

  1. Introduction
  • In any case of contradiction and/or discrepancy between the provisions of these regulations and any other publications in any media regarding the promotion, the provisions of these regulations shall prevail.
  • In these regulations, the masculine form is used for convenience only and also includes addressing in the feminine form and/or plural.
  • The division into clauses and clause headings are for convenience only and shall not be used for interpretive purposes.
  • Terms, concepts or expressions in these regulations that have not been defined shall be interpreted according to common practice in the furniture industry.
  1. Promotion Period
  • The promotion period is from October 23, 2025, until November 26, 2025, and in accordance with the details in these regulations ("Promotion Period").
  • Floralis network reserves the right to change and/or extend and/or shorten the promotion period and/or cancel it for any reason it deems reasonable in this regard, at any time, by means of an announcement published in the company's stores and/or on the company's website and/or by any other means, and no claim and/or argument and/or demand against Floralis network and/or anyone on its behalf in connection therewith shall be heard and/or accepted.
  1. Promotion Format
  • Temporary promotion – Discount: for purchases over 2,000₪ - 20% discount, for purchases over 5,000₪ - 25% discount in stores and on the website from the total shopping cart (excluding delivery fees) The promotion applies only to items in the company's stock and does not include items by order or excluded items.
  • The promotion does not include outlet  items on the website on the Last chance  - https://www.floralis.co.il/collections/outlet
  • The promotion does not include "Israeli art" items in showrooms and on the website on the page FLORALIS X DUART - https://www.floralis.co.il/collections/%D7%A4%D7%9C%D7%95%D7%A8%D7%9C%D7%99%D7%A1-%D7%93%D7%95%D7%90%D7%A8%D7%98.
  • The promotion does not apply to items defined as 1+1 purchases and excluded items.
  • The promotion does not include double promotions for items whose sale price is already on promotion.
  • The promotion includes redemption of points for club members, in stores only.
  • The promotion does not include accumulating points for club members.  
  • During the promotional period, a special offer will be held at Floralis chain's physical stores and its e-commerce website (the website) Floralis Israel at the address www.floralis.co.il where club members can purchase at Floralis chain's physical stores and its e-commerce website (the website) Floralis Israel, with a purchase over 2,000₪ - 20% discount, with a purchase over 5,000₪ - 25% discount in stores and on the website from the shopping cart screen (excluding shipping fees).
  • The offer will be held exclusively at Floralis chain's physical stores and its e-commerce website (the website) Floralis Israel.

 

  1. Terms of the offer
  • Floralis chain reserves the right to change the terms of the offer and/or discontinue it and/or shorten the offer period and/or extend the offer period, at any time, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, provided that this does not prejudice or derogate from rights or obligations created prior to the change.
  • The offer is valid while stocks last or until the end of the offer period, whichever comes first.
  • The offer applies to the full price of products, excluding products whose selling price is already discounted and excluding products defined as 1+1 offers or excluded items.
  • No points are accrued for purchasing items under the 1+1 offer.
  1. Miscellaneous
  • Nothing in these terms and conditions shall derogate from the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law.
  • These terms and conditions constitute the entirety of rights and obligations regarding the promotion. In case of any contradiction and/or inconsistency between these terms and conditions and any representation and/or promise and/or commitment made, if made, whether in writing or orally by Floralis chain or anyone on its behalf in connection with the promotion, including any other publication, in writing or orally, in any medium, only the provisions of these terms and conditions shall prevail.
  • For the avoidance of doubt, it is clarified that Floralis chain or anyone on its behalf shall not be bound in any case by oral or written statements, explanations, representations, and interpretations of Floralis chain employees and/or anyone else on its behalf, nor by those included in the press, marketing brochures, and/or any other advertising or illustrative materials, but only by what is expressly stated in these terms and conditions.
  • Floralis chain reserves the right to cancel and/or change the entire promotion or part(s) thereof, at its sole discretion, at any time, and without prior notice.
