Promotion Terms and Conditions: 25% Off Sofas and Armchairs - June 24

 

Floralis FLORALIS / Floralis G.Y.Bar Dayan Ltd. hereby announces a promotion for all customers in accordance with the promotion regulations detailed below:

1. Introduction

• In any case of contradiction and/or discrepancy between the provisions of these regulations and any other publications in any medium regarding the promotion, the provisions of these regulations shall prevail.
• In these regulations, the masculine form is used for convenience only and also includes addressing in the feminine and/or plural forms.
• The division into clauses and clause headings is for convenience only and shall not be used for interpretation purposes.
• Terms, concepts, or expressions in these regulations that have not been defined shall be interpreted according to common and accepted practice in the furniture industry.

1. Promotion Period

• The promotion period is from 02.06.24 until 15.06.24 (inclusive), and as specified in these regulations ("Promotion Period").
• Floralis chain reserves the right to change and/or extend and/or shorten the promotion period and/or cancel it for any reason it deems reasonable in this regard, at any time, by means of a notice published in the company's stores and/or on the company's website and/or by any other means, and no claim and/or argument and/or demand against Floralis chain and/or anyone on its behalf in connection therewith shall be heard and/or accepted.

1. Promotion Format

• Temporary promotion – 25% discount in stores and online on sofas and armchairs. (Excluding shipping)
• The promotion does not include outlet items in physical stores.
• The promotion does not include stacking discounts for items whose sale price is already discounted.
• The promotion does not include redemption of points for club members and accumulation of points in stores only.
• During the promotion period, a special promotion will take place in Floralis physical stores and the e-commerce website (Internet site) Floralis Israel at www.floralis.co.il where club members can purchase in Floralis physical stores and the e-commerce website (Internet site) Floralis Israel, at a 25% discount on sofas and armchairs (excluding shipping fees)
• The promotion will only take place in Floralis physical stores and the e-commerce website (Internet site) Floralis Israel.

1. Promotion Terms

• Floralis chain reserves the right to change the promotion terms and/or discontinue it and/or shorten the promotion period and/or extend the promotion period, at any time, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, without prejudice or derogation from rights or obligations created prior to the change.
• The promotion is valid while supplies last or until the end of the promotion period, whichever comes first.
• The promotion does not apply to "Soho" model armchairs SKU 114108, 114102, 114104, 1141092.
• The promotion applies to the existing stock at the time of the promotion. (No future stock eligibility).

 

 

1. Miscellaneous

• Nothing in these regulations shall detract from the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law.
• These regulations constitute the entirety of rights and obligations regarding the promotion. In any case of contradiction and/or discrepancy between the regulations and any representation and/or promise and/or commitment made, if made, whether in writing or orally by Floralis chain or anyone on its behalf in connection with the promotion, including any other publication, in writing or orally, in any media, only the provisions of these regulations shall prevail.
• For the avoidance of doubt, it is clarified that Floralis chain or anyone on its behalf shall not be bound in any case by statements, explanations, representations and interpretations orally or in writing by employees of Floralis chain and/or any other person on its behalf, and also not by those included in the press, marketing brochures and/or any other advertising or demonstration means, but only according to what is explicitly stated in these regulations.
• Floralis chain reserves the right to cancel and/or change the promotion in whole or in part, at its sole discretion, at any time, and without the need for prior notice.
