Floralis – Promotion Regulations

Promotion Name: Buy for 1,000 ILS Pay 750 ILS

Validity: 18.5.23 – 15.6.23

 

Floralis / Floralish G.I. Bar Dayan Ltd. hereby announces a promotion for all customers in accordance with the promotion regulations detailed below:

  1. Introduction
  • In any case of contradiction and/or discrepancy between the provisions of these regulations and any other publications in any medium regarding the promotion, the provisions of these regulations shall prevail.
  • In these regulations, the masculine form is used for convenience only and also includes addressing in the feminine and/or plural form.
  • The division into sections and section headings are for convenience only and shall not be used for interpretation purposes.
  • Terms, concepts, or expressions in these regulations that have not been defined shall be interpreted according to common practice in the furniture industry.
  1. Promotion Period
  • The promotion period is from May 18, 2023, until June 15, 2023 (inclusive), and as detailed in these regulations ("Promotion Period").
  • The Floralis chain reserves the right to change and/or extend and/or shorten the promotion period and/or cancel it for any reason it deems reasonable in this regard, at any time, by means of a notice published in the company's stores and/or on the company's website and/or by any other means, and no claim and/or contention and/or demand against the Floralis chain and/or anyone on its behalf in connection therewith shall be heard and/or accepted.
  1. Promotion Format
  • Sales promotion where for a purchase of 1,000 ILS, a discount of 250 ILS will be given.
  • The promotion includes outlet items in physical stores.
  • The promotion does not apply to items defined as 1+1 purchases and excluded items.
  • The promotion includes combining promotions for items whose selling price is already on promotion.
  • The promotion includes redeeming club member points and accumulating points in stores only.
  • During the promotion period, a special promotion will take place in the physical stores of the Floralis chain and the e-commerce site (website) Floralis Israel at www.floralis.co.il, where club members can purchase products in the physical stores of the Floralis chain and the e-commerce site (website) Floralis Israel: buy products for 1,000 ILS and pay 750 ILS.
  • The promotion will take place only in the physical stores of the Floralis chain and the e-commerce site (website) Floralis Israel.

 

  1. Promotion Terms
  • The Floralis chain reserves the right to change the terms of the promotion and/or discontinue it and/or shorten the promotion period and/or extend the promotion period, at any time, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, without prejudice to or derogation from rights or obligations created prior to the change.
  • The promotion is valid while supplies last or until the end of the promotion period, whichever comes first.
  • The promotion is based on the full price of the products, except for products whose selling price is defined as discounted and except for products defined as 1+1 benefits.
  • The promotion does not apply to Marble furniture collection and Living furniture items.
  • Points are not accumulated for purchasing items on 1+1 promotion.
  1. Miscellaneous
  • Nothing in these regulations shall derogate from the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law.
  • These regulations constitute the entirety of rights and obligations regarding the promotion. In any case of contradiction and/or discrepancy between the regulations and any representation and/or promise and/or commitment made, if made, whether in writing or orally by the Floralis chain or anyone on its behalf in connection with the promotion, including any other advertisement, in writing or orally, in any media, only the provisions of these regulations shall prevail.
  • For the avoidance of doubt, it is clarified that the Floralis chain or anyone on its behalf shall not be bound in any case by statements, explanations, representations, and interpretations orally or in writing by employees of the Floralis chain and/or any other party on its behalf, nor by those included in newspapers, marketing brochures and/or any other advertising or illustrative means, but only by what is expressly stated in these regulations.
  • The Floralis chain reserves the right to cancel and/or change the entire promotion or parts thereof, at its sole discretion, at any time, and without the need for prior notice.
