Promotion Name: Buy for 1,000 ILS, pay 750 ILS

Floralis FLORALIS / Floralish G.I. Bar Dayan Ltd. hereby announces a promotion for all customers in accordance with the detailed terms and conditions below:

  1. Introduction
  • In the event of any contradiction and/or discrepancy between the provisions of these terms and conditions and any other publications in any medium whatsoever regarding the promotion, the provisions of these terms and conditions shall prevail.
  • In these terms and conditions, the masculine form is used for convenience only and includes addressing female and/or plural forms.
  • The division into sections and section headings is for convenience only and shall not be used for interpretive purposes.
  • Terms, concepts, or expressions in these terms and conditions that are not defined shall be interpreted according to common and accepted practice in the furniture industry.
  1. Promotion Period
  • The promotion period is from July 23, 2024, until August 12, 2024 (inclusive), and as specified in these terms and conditions ("Promotion Period").
  • The Floralis chain reserves the right to change and/or extend and/or shorten the promotion period and/or cancel it for any reason it deems reasonable in this regard, at any time, by means of an announcement published in the company's stores and/or on the company's website and/or by any other means, and no claim and/or argument and/or demand against the Floralis chain and/or anyone on its behalf in connection therewith shall be heard and/or accepted.
  1. Promotion Format
  • A sales promotion where for a purchase of 1,000 ILS, a discount of 250 ILS will be given.
  • The promotion applies only to items in the company's stock and does not include items on order.
  • The promotion includes outlet items in physical stores.
  • The promotion does not apply to items defined as 1+1 purchases and excluded items.
  • The promotion does not include multiple promotions for items whose selling price is already on promotion.
  • The promotion includes redemption of points for club members, in stores only.
  • The promotion does not include earning points for club members.
  • During the promotion period, a special promotion will be held in Floralis chain's physical stores and the Floralis Israel e-commerce website (www.floralis.co.il), where club members can purchase items worth 1,000 ILS and pay 750 ILS in Floralis chain's physical stores and the Floralis Israel e-commerce website.
  • The promotion will take place only in Floralis chain's physical stores and the Floralis Israel e-commerce website.

 

  1. Promotion Conditions
  • The Floralis chain reserves the right to change the terms of the promotion and/or terminate it and/or shorten the promotion period and/or extend the promotion period, at any time, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, without prejudice or derogation from rights or obligations created prior to the change.
  • The promotion is valid while supplies last or until the end of the promotion period, whichever comes first.
  • The promotion is based on the full price of the products, except for products whose selling price is defined at a discount and except for products defined with a 1+1 benefit.
  • No points are accumulated for purchasing items in the 1+1 promotion.
  1. Miscellaneous
  • Nothing in these terms and conditions shall detract from the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law.
  • These terms and conditions constitute the entirety of the rights and obligations regarding the promotion. In case of any contradiction and/or discrepancy between these terms and conditions and any representation and/or promise and/or commitment made, if made, whether in writing or orally by the Floralis chain or anyone on its behalf in connection with the promotion, including any other publication, in writing or orally, in any medium, the provisions of these terms and conditions shall prevail exclusively.
  • For the avoidance of doubt, it is clarified that the Floralis chain or anyone on its behalf shall not be bound in any case by statements, explanations, representations, and interpretations made orally or in writing by Floralis chain employees and/or anyone else on its behalf, nor by those included in newspapers, marketing brochures and/or any other advertising or illustration means, but only by what is expressly stated in these terms and conditions.
  • The Floralis chain reserves the right to cancel and/or change the entire promotion or parts thereof, at its sole discretion, at any time, and without the need for prior notice.
