FLORALIS / Floralis G.Y. Bar Dayan Ltd. hereby announces a promotion for all customers in accordance with the promotion's terms and conditions detailed below:
  1. Introduction
  • In any case of contradiction and/or discrepancy between the provisions of these terms and conditions and any other publications in any media regarding the promotion, the provisions of these terms and conditions shall prevail.
  • In these terms and conditions, the masculine form is used for convenience only and includes reference to the feminine and/or plural.
  • The division into sections and section headings is for convenience only and shall not be used for interpretation purposes.
  • Terms, concepts, or expressions in these terms and conditions that have not been defined shall be interpreted according to common and accepted practice in the furniture industry.
  1. Promotion Period
  • The promotion period is from September 1, 2024, until September 30, 2024 (inclusive), and as detailed in these terms and conditions ("Promotion Period").
  • Floralis reserves the right to change and/or extend and/or shorten the promotion period and/or cancel it for any reason it deems reasonable in this regard, at any time, by means of an announcement published in the company's stores and/or on the company's website and/or by any other means, and no claim and/or argument and/or demand against Floralis and/or anyone on its behalf in connection therewith shall be heard and/or accepted.
  1. Promotion Format
  • Sales promotion applying to the purchase of sofas, armchairs, tables, and chairs with a 25% discount.
  • The promotion applies only to items in the company's inventory and does not include custom-ordered items.
  • The promotion includes outlet items in physical stores.
  • The promotion does not apply to items defined as 1+1 purchases and excluded items.
  • The promotion does not include multiple promotions for items whose selling price is already on sale.
  • The promotion includes the redemption of club member points, in stores only.
  • The promotion does not include the accumulation of points for club members.
  • During the promotion period, a special promotion will be held at Floralis' physical stores and the e-commerce website (internet site) Floralis Israel at www.floralis.co.il, where club members will be able to purchase sofas, armchairs, tables, and chairs with a 25% discount at Floralis' physical stores and the e-commerce website (internet site) Floralis Israel.
  • The promotion will take place only at Floralis' physical stores and the e-commerce website (internet site) Floralis Israel.
 
  1. Promotion Terms
  • Floralis reserves the right to change the promotion terms and/or discontinue it and/or shorten the promotion period and/or extend the promotion period, at any time, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, without prejudice or derogation from rights or obligations created prior to the change.
  • The promotion is valid while stocks last or until the end of the promotion period, whichever comes first.
  • The promotion applies to the full price of the products, except for products whose selling price is already discounted and except for products defined under a 1+1 offer.
  • No points are accumulated for the purchase of items in the 1+1 promotion.
  1. Miscellaneous
  • Nothing in these terms and conditions shall derogate from the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law.
  • These terms and conditions consolidate all rights and obligations regarding the promotion. In any case of contradiction and/or discrepancy between these terms and conditions and any representation and/or promise and/or undertaking made, if made, whether in writing or orally by Floralis or anyone on its behalf in connection with the promotion, including any other publication, in writing or orally, in any medium, only the provisions of these terms and conditions shall prevail.
  • For the avoidance of doubt, it is clarified that Floralis or anyone on its behalf shall not be bound in any case by statements, explanations, representations, and interpretations made orally or in writing by Floralis employees and/or anyone else on its behalf, nor by those included in the press, marketing brochures, and/or any other advertising or illustration means, but solely by what is explicitly stated in these terms and conditions.
  • Floralis reserves the right to cancel and/or change the entire promotion or parts thereof, at its sole discretion, at any time, and without the need for prior notice.
