Floralis FLORALIS / Floralish G.I.Bar Dayan Ltd. hereby announces a promotion for all customers in accordance with the detailed terms and conditions below:

1. Introduction

• In the event of any contradiction and/or discrepancy between the provisions of these terms and conditions and any other publications in any media regarding the promotion, the provisions of these terms and conditions shall prevail.
• In these terms and conditions, the use of the masculine gender is for convenience only and also includes addressing the feminine gender and/or plural.
• The division into sections and section headings is for convenience only and shall not be used for interpretation.
• Terms, concepts or expressions in these terms and conditions that have not been defined shall be interpreted according to common practice in the furniture industry.

1. Promotion Period

• The promotion period is from June 2, 2024, until July 15, 2024 (inclusive), and as detailed in these terms and conditions ("Promotion Period").
• Floralis chain reserves the right to change and/or extend and/or shorten the promotion period and/or cancel it for any reason it deems reasonable, at any time, by means of an announcement published in the company's stores and/or on the company's website and/or by any other means, and no claim and/or contention and/or demand against Floralis chain and/or anyone on its behalf shall be heard and/or accepted in connection therewith.

1. Promotion Format

• Temporary promotion – 25% discount in stores and on the website for the entire range on the website (excluding shipping).
• The promotion does not include outlet items in physical stores.
• The promotion does not include stacking discounts for items whose sale price is already part of a promotion.
• The promotion does not include the redemption of loyalty points for club members and the accumulation of points only in stores.
• During the promotion period, a special promotion will take place in Floralis physical stores and the Floralis Israel e-commerce website (internet website) at www.floralis.co.il, where club members can purchase items in Floralis physical stores and the Floralis Israel e-commerce website (internet website) with a 25% discount on the range available on the website (excluding shipping fees).
• The promotion will take place only in Floralis physical stores and the Floralis Israel e-commerce website (internet website).

1. Promotion Terms

• Floralis chain reserves the right to change the terms of the promotion and/or discontinue it and/or shorten the promotion period and/or extend the promotion period, at any time, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, without prejudice to or derogation from rights or obligations created prior to the change.
• The promotion is valid while supplies last or until the end of the promotion period, whichever comes first.
• The promotion does not apply to "Soho" model items, Gold Coast, Luka pouf, Flying, Cristy chair.
• The promotion applies to the existing stock during the promotion period (no future stock will be eligible).

1. Miscellaneous

• Nothing in these terms and conditions shall derogate from the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law.
• These terms and conditions consolidate all rights and obligations regarding the promotion. In case of any contradiction and/or discrepancy between these terms and conditions and any representation and/or promise and/or undertaking made, if made, whether in writing or orally, by Floralis chain or anyone on its behalf in connection with the promotion, including any other advertisement, in writing or orally, in any media, only the provisions of these terms and conditions shall prevail.
• For the avoidance of doubt, it is clarified that Floralis chain or anyone on its behalf shall not be bound in any case by oral or written statements, explanations, representations and interpretations by employees of Floralis chain and/or anyone on its behalf, nor by those included in the press, marketing brochures and/or any other advertising or illustrative means, but only by what is expressly stated in these terms and conditions.
• Floralis chain reserves the right to cancel and/or change the entire promotion or part(s) thereof, at its sole discretion, at any time, and without the need for prior notice.
