Floralis FLORALIS  / Floralis G.Y.Bar Dayan Ltd. hereby announces a campaign for all customers in accordance with the campaign regulations detailed below:

  1. Introduction
  • In any case of contradiction and/or discrepancy between the provisions of these regulations and any other publications in any medium regarding the campaign, the provisions of these regulations shall prevail.
  • In these regulations, the masculine gender is used for convenience only and also includes addressing in the feminine gender and/or plural.
  • The division into sections and section headings are for convenience only and shall not be used for interpretive purposes.
  • Undefined terms, concepts, or expressions in these regulations shall be interpreted according to the prevailing and accepted practice in the furniture industry.
  1. Campaign Period
  • The campaign period is from January 21, 2025, to February 24, 2025, and as detailed in these regulations ("Campaign Period").
  • Floralis chain reserves the right to change and/or extend and/or shorten the campaign period and/or cancel it for any reason it deems reasonable in this regard, at any time, by means of an announcement published in the company's stores and/or on the company's website and/or in any other way, and no claim and/or argument and/or demand against Floralis chain and/or anyone on its behalf regarding this shall be heard or accepted.
  1. Campaign Format
  • Temporary campaign – 15% discount in stores and on the website on the total shopping cart. (Excludes shipping fees) The campaign applies only to items available in the company's inventory and does not include items on order or excluded items.
  • The campaign does not include outlet items on the website and in physical stores.
  • The campaign does not apply to items defined as 1+1 purchases and excluded items.
  • The campaign does not include combining discounts for items whose sale price is already discounted.
  • The campaign includes redeeming points for club members, in stores only.
  • The campaign includes accumulating points for club members.
  • During the campaign period, a special campaign will be held in Floralis physical stores and on the Floralis Israel e-commerce website (website) at www.floralis.co.il, where club members can purchase items in Floralis physical stores and on the Floralis Israel e-commerce website (website) with a 15% discount on the shopping cart (excluding shipping fees).
  • The campaign will be held exclusively in Floralis physical stores and on the Floralis Israel e-commerce website (website).

 

 

  1. Campaign Terms
  • Floralis network reserves the right to change the terms of the campaign and/or discontinue it and/or shorten the campaign period and/or extend the campaign period, at any time, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, and without prejudice or derogation from rights or obligations created prior to the change.
  • The campaign is valid while supplies last or until the end of the campaign period, whichever comes first.
  • The campaign applies to the full price of products, except for products whose selling price is already discounted and except for products defined with a 1+1 benefit or excluded.
  • No points are accrued for purchasing items in the 1+1 campaign.
  1. Miscellaneous
  • Nothing in these regulations shall derogate from the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law.
  • These regulations consolidate all rights and obligations regarding the campaign. In any case of contradiction and/or discrepancy between the regulations and any representation and/or promise and/or commitment made, if made, whether in writing or orally by Floralis network or anyone on its behalf in connection with the campaign, including any other advertisement, in writing or orally, in any media, only the provisions of these regulations shall prevail.
  • For the avoidance of doubt, it is clarified that Floralis network or anyone on its behalf shall not be bound in any case by oral or written statements, explanations, representations and interpretations of Floralis network employees and/or any other party on its behalf, nor by those included in the press, marketing brochures and/or any other advertising or illustrative means, but only by what is expressly stated in these regulations.
  • The Floralis network reserves the right to cancel and/or change the entire promotion or part/s thereof, at its sole discretion, at any time, and without prior notice.
