Campaign Name: "Buy More, Earn More"

Validity: 25.3.25-27.4.25

Floralis FLORALIS  / Floralis G.I. Bar Dayan Ltd. hereby announces the launch of a campaign for all customers in accordance with the campaign regulations detailed below:

  1. Introduction
  • In any case of contradiction and/or discrepancy between the provisions of these regulations and any other publications in any medium regarding the campaign, the provisions of these regulations shall prevail.
  • In these regulations, the masculine form is used for convenience only and also includes addressing in the feminine form and/or plural.
  • The division into clauses and clause headings is for convenience only and shall not be used for interpretation purposes.
  • Terms, concepts or expressions in these regulations that have not been defined shall be interpreted according to common practice in the furniture industry.
  1. Campaign Period
  • The campaign period is from 25.3.25 until 27.4.25 (inclusive), and as detailed in these regulations ("Campaign Period").
  • The Floralis chain reserves the right to change and/or extend and/or shorten the campaign period and/or cancel it for any reason it deems reasonable in this regard, at any time, by means of an announcement published in the company's stores and/or on the company's website and/or in any other way, and no claim and/or argument and/or demand against the Floralis chain and/or anyone on its behalf in connection therewith shall be heard or accepted.
  1. Campaign Format

A temporary sales campaign in stores and on the website based on the total shopping cart, offering a 10% discount on purchases up to 3500 NIS, a 20% discount on purchases over 3500 NIS, and a 30% discount on purchases over 7,000 NIS.           

  • The campaign applies only to items in the company's stock and does not include custom-ordered or excluded items.

·       Minimum quantity of units – 15 units.

  • The campaign does not include outlet  items in physical stores.
  • The campaign does not apply to items defined as 1+1 purchase and excluded items.
  • The campaign does not include combining discounts for items whose selling price is already discounted.
  • The campaign includes point redemption for club members, in stores only.
  • The campaign does not include earning points for club members.  
  • During the campaign period, a special campaign will be held in the physical stores of the Floralis chain and the e-commerce website (website) Floralis Israel at www.floralis.co.il where club members can purchase items from the shopping cart in the physical stores of the Floralis chain and the e-commerce website (website) Floralis Israel with a 10% discount on purchases up to 3500 NIS, a 20% discount on purchases over 3500 NIS, and a 30% discount on purchases over 7,000 NIS. 
  • The campaign will be held only in the physical stores of the Floralis chain and the e-commerce website (website) Floralis Israel.

 

 

  1. Campaign Terms
  • The Floralis chain reserves the right to change the campaign terms and/or discontinue it and/or shorten the campaign period and/or extend the campaign period, at any time, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, without prejudice to or derogation from rights or obligations created prior to the change.
  • The campaign is valid while supplies last or until the end of the campaign period, whichever comes first.
  • The campaign applies to the full price of the products, except for products whose selling price is already discounted and except for products defined with a 1+1 benefit.
  • No points are accrued for purchasing items in the 1+1 campaign.
  1. Miscellaneous
  • Nothing in these regulations shall derogate from the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law.
  • These regulations set forth all rights and obligations regarding the promotion. In any case of contradiction and/or inconsistency between these regulations and any representation and/or promise and/or undertaking made, if made, whether in writing or orally by Floralis Network or anyone on its behalf in connection with the promotion, including any other publication, in writing or orally, in any medium, the provisions of these regulations alone shall prevail.
  • For the avoidance of doubt, it is clarified that Floralis Network or anyone on its behalf shall not be bound in any case by oral or written statements, explanations, representations and interpretations by employees of Floralis Network and/or any other party on its behalf, nor by those included in the press, marketing brochures and/or any other advertising or illustrative materials, but only by what is explicitly stated in these regulations.
  • Floralis Network reserves the right to cancel and/or change the entire promotion or part(s) thereof, at its sole discretion, at any time, and without prior notice.
